topic... Where can i get large audio speakers like the ones found in cantinas and open air NPC venues?

is it a loot item? or can archs make them? or does it just not exist and i have to rig something up?

are there any forms of speakers?

can anyone offer suggestions for rigging up speakers with various stuff?

There are probably a few ways to make speakers by putting together items, but the "loudspeaker" loot items are pretty easy to get and look great so IMHO they would be the better way to go.

Yep to what Pawlin said. Criminals are the only npc's i've found that give them. There's a criminal in the moenia cantina (3rd room on the right toward borvo's chamber)There's another criminal in bestine behind the small "cantina" building that's in the middle of a circle of small square buildings... think it's kinda by the bestine shuttle.

Both of these criminals give the loudspeakers as the reward for completing the mission, but it's one of several different rewards you can get so you may have to run a few missions before you get one.
