Not at all, you should be happy. We are not having our number of alloted lots reduced, rather some structures, e.g. structure factories and PA Hallswill use less lots, so we will have spare if we currently 'own' the structures in question

Is this just for PA halls? I rent factory lots from guildies, with the promise that I will handle everything, and they can just delete the factory emails. Has this changed?
