Dont flame me if this as been posted a thousands times.

How do I go about getting a guild? I know you need a hall, but do I buy the guild and place it. After thats done, do I use the hall terminal to set up the guild.

I would like some helpful feeback plz?

Buy a Pa hall deed. find a suitable location. Place the deed. You need to have at least 5 people to form a PA. Pa commands are accessed in the PA hall terminal.
