Some of the economy on Starsider, not only for architects, totally blows.

But, for the most part, your list is accurate. I have a hard time getting more than 8k for a small house, and now I'm down to quoting 9k as a starting price - and hoping I get haggled down to 8k at best.

I've seen backpacks (I know, not a structure, but) going for as little as 100c on some parts of the planet.

I'm not the only one hoping for an economic recovery.. since we're in a depression on Starsider.

I'd be willing to bet that it's the lack of resource shifts which is driving prices down in general. People get too complacent in between the month or so between resource shifts. They're then able to amass boatloads of materials and then have to sell it at a low price just to get people to buy it. That then filters down thru the rest of the server's economy and thus affects prices.

Or all the Starsider architects are posessed by the spirit of Sam Walton.

5k for a small house?!?!?! That's ridiculous. How canarchitects afford that? I have to sell mine at 10k becase I can't find a good enough spot to mine ore and have to buy it. Maybe this is why I can't sell anything.

This is the going rate by architects on your server? What is going on? I have a friend who plays an architect on that server and it just sucks. I hope it doesnt get this way on my server, god forbid I would really quite the profession and go into selling raw materials.
