Anyone tried to /transferstructure on a house with a vendor placed inside it?

I'm wondering if the vendor disappears, the vendor's stock disappears, or if the vendor becomes unuseable by the Merchant that placed it originally.

Would you be kind enough to tell me how this transfer command works? I have two accounts and would prefer just to totally fuse the assets into one, but barring that I would like to place all structures with my main and leave my untouched wimp at home.

I did this with a house with a vendor in it. Everything else transferred ok (furniture, crafting stations etc) and I was able to pick them up. The vendor gave me some rights but not all of them. NOTE: This may have been fixed when they fixed admin rights in that patch.

Here is how I transfer structures between my two accounts. Really handy organizing my harvesters etc between the two. Only one of my characters (Zane of course) can survey so I like to have most of the big harvesters on him.

Target the structure with your double standing beside you and type: /transferstructure name

That's all there is to it, if you don't have two computers you're out of luck. You'll get an error message if they aren't online and beside you.

OOPS, I forgot the important part. The vendor question.

The vendor and all items stayed. I even managed to pick up the house and replace it KEEPING the vendor and all items. I wouldn't try this though. The problem came about with commands on the vendor. I still couldn't sell things on the newly transferred vendor. Neither could the old vendor owner. I had to transfer the house back to the other person, long enough to pick up the vendor. Then I transferred the house again and the new person could place his own vendor. It's only a pain because you have to resale all the items in it.

Im about to try this to help a friend out, so I was hoping to clarify. When you want to transfer a house, to target it click on it's signpost? Or is there another way to target the house? I actually thought you both had to be inside it. Ijust want to make sure before I try. :-) Thanks
