I am an architect and have recently, due to a bug, lost two lots. I have been informed by a CSR that this is for now, a unsolvable problem.

I have already invested about 40 hours into my character. I guess now it is time to just drop this class and move on to something else.

I cant say that I am satisfied with the answer I got. I really hope this doens't happen to anyone else. I can honestly say this is a very, very frustrating bug that impacts my character devlopent in a major way.

Great, I might as well stop waiting for a reply to my lost lot then.

I too am missing a Lot, posted it many of times.

I had sent a ticket about it 3 weeks ago, I didnt even get a response, my ticket got deleted. That's very dissapointing....

If you speak to a CSR in game, they will fix it.

Respond to the ticket again. You might be shocked by the number of different answers you can get just by responding to their replys. Respond with "Do you have any idea of when this issue might be fixed?" Most likely you'll get a response from a different CSR who may or may not actually read the original ticket. It's hilarious because after I got a "CSR will contact you in game" message from someone, I responded with when I was on, etc after not receiving any contact for a few days... Well the response to that was something along the lines of "If you could give me x, y, z, info." The funny part of all this was 95% of the information he requested was included in the original ticket. I got pissed and deleted the ticket. But don't be discouraged.... I lost a house 2-3 weeks ago, and got chased across planet by a CSR who was trying to give it back to me. He also gave me back the hide that the bazaar had eaten as well. Some of them are very good people, you just have to be patient and continue on as best as you can until they get to you.

I had that problem from the start of the game and reported it. I didnt earn much xp then so I just deleted and started over.

A CSR worth their weight can fix this for you in mere seconds...

I had a similar problem. I placed a fusion generator and somehow someone else was able to place a large mineral harvester on top of it.

I was showing 9 lots and the fusion generator was gone when a CSR showed up to help but the waypoint was still there (still is now)

The CSR was nice enough to give me a new fusion gen and added 1 to my total lots. I'm just wondering if I'll have 11 lots the minute that old fusion gen disappears lol.

Recently lost 2 lots due to a bug as well, and still not much from CSR after 2 weeks of waiting. Someone actually build harvesters on the exact same spot that my harvesters were on, heh.
