can a large house be re-deeded and how much maintance needs to be in it for that?

It tells you the first time you attempt to destroy the structure. It should be 10 times the maintenance rate.

Yes it can be redeeded, and I THINK it's 5,000 credits. To find out for sure, select destroy from the action wheel 1 time, if you do not have the required maintenance it will tell yousomething along the lines of
"Structure maintenance pool must contain X to reclaim the deed. Issue this command again within 30 seconds to destroy structure."
If it tells you this figure out what you need to pay into maintenance to get the pool up to whatever X is and then issue the command again.
If it does not tell you anything about the maintenance pool, then you've already got more in the pool than what's required. At least this is how it works on Lowca.
