If you can target it, just use /move forward X, /move back X, /rotate left X, etc. X = the number of spaces to move or the number of degrees to rotate.

I cannot target it. That is the problem.

you don't have to be able to target it. do you know what you called it?

for example, the couch i assume you're having the problem with, i always name:

Curved Sofa

if i do a:

/sit Curved Sofa

I sit on it.

if I do a:

/movefurniture Curved Sofa back 15

it works. I've found that I can address any object in the vicinity by name, as long as i remember what it was called. also, usually the next day it works again.

Ditto Acer's comments. I could never target my couch (curved couch) but I did fumble around and figure out I could use the /rotatefurniture and /movefurniture commands along with using its name. Whew.

There is a bug with the Arch Couch. It will work for some people or in some people's houses and not in others. I have bought 2 of them and the last one the Architect tested it to make sure it would rotate, move and pick up, but when I dropped it in my house, I couldn't do anything with it.

A CSR reimbursed me last time for it and admitted there was a prob with them--BUT, it needs to be dealt with. This is, I feel personally, the best couch in the game. So, it needs to be usable. 2000++ for a couch is enough to pay anyway--but to spend it on a non-usable item is unacceptable.

Oh, also, I tried things like /move Arch Couchforward 10, or /rotate Arch Couch left 10 and that doesn't work either. However, /pickup Arch Couch does work.
