Other benefits should come about when player cities go live.

7) If your house is private, it can be a good safe place to log out or rest at in between hunting trips staged far away from any town (more exotic monsters can be found further out from towns).

(8) If you have to ask about the benifits of a house, then you do not need one. You have toWANT a house before you can get any benefits out of it.

Pets (including droids) can only be called in a city, campsite, or 'near' a house that you own, too.

Unless they changed that recently.

Well, you have to make the house your declared residence before you can call pet. Just owning it won't give you that ability.

for crafters its a so relaxing place and also needed for ahving private craft station in the basement
