i think all other classes benefit from UXP and we really dont. Our prof has tons of money sinks and even without that its impossible to make good profit compared to other profs.

Why not figure out a system where an architect that sells a house to someone else gets a cut from the maintenance that they pay.

Not for installations as most architects have other people plant for them and that would make it more of an exploit but just houses. That way we can have something to sell for the same price and overtime have residual income.

I think this will help our money woes and make building houses more meaningful.

Won't be done. Maintenence pools are used as a way to extract money out of the system/economy. Not to mention it would hurt our sales prices in the long run. People will be giving housing away just to get the residual cash flow coming from the maint pools

aye this is just a short term patch that doesn't really address the problem. because only those with alot of houses on the market will make money and with a deadend professions it will only go to those who get there first ..... how do you think they will do that? by giving them away then sit back and watch the money roll in.
