im a bit confused about guild 1st is there a bad guil or a good guild i heard that if its made whit good matirials the up keep fee is less

2) if i want to put a vendor up and im not an artisan do i need to ask an artisan to put it up and give him full acsses whill im at it and i heard that vendors need to payed an up keep fee too can i pay it or only the artisan that put it can
