If you can find the right resources (and can stand the fact that you're losing them) you can always grind AIAs or other advanced CM components for more XP than ABECs. Not much more, and probably not worth such precious resources that are hard to find, period, even if of poor quality.
I'd stick with ABECs, using low quality lok wild wheat and tat fiberplast. On Ahazi a particularly terrible spawn of fiberplast is paving the way to my alt's med grinds.

Having worked through and given up Master DE I am not afraid of the mindless and useless gaining of Crafting XP. My character is now a 4/4/4/2 doc with a tremendous amount of mind-numbing crafting to do.
What is the recommended XP / item or XP / resource that the community has used to complete the last crafting blocks?
Carnal Tunnel time again.

You can look at the answer I got somet ime ago here:

Hope it helps and it is what I plan on doing. For FS Crafting grinding plan on a lot of time and a lot of resources.
My method is going to take 2.1 million Steel and 980k Fiberplast per FS branch.
Have fun

try DE:
if you prepare all the parts in advance, Adv BLL chassis = 4.5k xp, on macro thats 4/min = 240/hr = almost 1m DE xp in 1 hr
DE xp converts at 5:1
thats 200k FS xp in 1 hr.
incidentally, you can easily set up factories for 1000 unit runs for the subcomponents, enough for 4hrs worth of grinding.

thing is BLL was blatantly overlooked by devs. everything else we make gives 500-600ish max xp. other profs get 700 max xp too, but we still get the 5:1 conversion. you just have to spend a few days setting up the components, then bam, you're sorted. i'm not sure what the resource list for this is, you could look up www.swgcraft.com if you like
good luck!

That method requires Duralloy and Duranium steel. Duranium has not spawned in a long time (at least on Wanderhome) so this method isn't really an option until it does (otherwise I'd be done by now!). But if you can get the spawns go for it!
Go to DE (0,0,0,3) and grind out Advanced Droid Frames

I'm making armor and selling it....like I normally do, only by hand. So it's gonna take around 4500 suits of comp.
Amazing concept....no?
Gotta love the ability to actually continue doing my choosen profession and advance towards Jedi.

I'm currently working on doctor, I have skills 3-2-2-0 and crafting is the hardest. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me get more xp faster? I'm new to the docotor profession so please forgive me if there is an easy awnser I'm over looking. If you could let me know that would be great. Thanks.

Grinding advanced bio-effect controllers is the best way to go, assuming you have enough lokian wild wheat and tat fiberplast or the money to purchase it. Using a crafting macro also cuts down greatly on the time, search around here for one.
