I've got the "poor-man-delux-combo" armor set.

Composite Gloves(60%+), Tantel Chest(20%+), Maborweave Pants (above 30%), Ubese Boots (60%) all kinetic resists mainly but the composite help if I'm ever actually "shot" at.

Can anyone tell me as to when we will be able to make Ris Armor. Will we have to do a quest to get the schematic as posted or are they giving us a schematic when it goes live. Also what kind of components are needed thanks in advance.

nobody has found it yet I think. but personally I think RIS armor will be RARE, even to high level gamers. and not every armor crafter will find the trainer. and I think when someone finds it, and is ABLE to craft it well... I hope you have a LOT OF CASH. because I wouldn't sell if for even 5 mil.

and it would be normal to ask a very high price.

I've just about worn out my first set of Ubese, which I picked up while grinding Unarmed. I'll be buying another set soon, advanced Ubese with Kinetic protects and low HAM as the first priority.

Wouldn't wear RIS if for no other reason than it looks completely retarded. Incidentally, I've heard that RIS will be medium armor (AR 2). Is this true? If so, I can't imagine what the HAM costs are gonna be.
