Eclipse is having a repeat of the "Golden Petals 1" painting right now. Last month Khafr Oladi was bugged and would only tell me to go away. There is no "30 day" system on Eclipse, as the new schem shows up on a different day each month, anywhere from the 7th to the 14th. I generally start logging out in the museum on the 5th of the month.

Ummm... I hate to ask a stupid question, but here goes anyway?
Curator? What are you talking about?
I have never even heard of a curator. That may be why I have been unable to get painting schematics.
Can someone help me out?
I'm on Sunrunner so specific information would be helpful, but if someone can tell me generally where to look for a curator that would be great too.

Sunrunner is also broken.
I just checked it (5:45 pm pst), and I wasn't given the opportunity to purchase the schematic after talking
to all three artists and voting.

Next round has come on Infinity. No painting again. Monthly CS ticket has been submitted. Message repeats (in another month).

I agree with this completely. The monthly painting was my excuse to advertize on the forums, and now that we don't get new ones, I feel we've just hit another bump in the already Architect road. I mean, the new painting we got this week was the same we had 3-4 months ago, how is that going to give me extra income?

Tarquinas is now bugged like this - currently, the curator is reselling the Mon Calamari Eye 1 painting that had been previously issued.

chimaera isnt selling any paintings and the curator just tells me to come back next week again

Yes, Farstar has that problem too for some time now. Last painting i got was at least 4 months ago (not sure about that)
