In Bestine, if you're facing the starport entrance, there's an artisan guildhall to the right. You can't miss it, it's big and has flags on the front. If I remember correctly, there is a Merchant trainer, a Weaponsmith trainer, an Armorsmith trainer, and a Droid Engineer trainer.

I used the one in Daoba Guerfel. Take a shuttle (or your starship) to the Starport in Daoba Guerfel and the trainer is right outside the front door. Rather, behind the wall in front of the front door. I went there because hardly anyone ever goes there (on my server at least) which makes the city peaceful. You can grind nearly the entire profession sitting at the feet of this trainer (if you have all the resources) and not see more than 5 people the entire time. Plus, it's a full NPC city, so it has a garage, med center, bank, and bazaar terminals.
