Because I had made all the subcomponents to a house already. I had not constructied the final house because I was not sure whatanycustomer would want ( style wise ). meanwhile my partner informed me that I was going to need to take over his job as the Merchant as he was heading in other directions.
So I was grinding combat staves to bring my Business skills up toward Merchant when along came a customer....
Fortuantly I had enough in my backpack to make more than one.
Yeah it was dumb, but I got over it

One thing that most people don't realize or think about. Even a free market Economy has governmental controls and regulations to ensure fair play and competetive pricing. One such control is a stock market which would provide a way to assign value to the raw materials that go into everyday products as well as to companies that make products. A market without any type of controls will soon spin out of control. Its just a matter of time.

i get mediums for 10 and 13.5 k which i think is a steal from what others are asking
