"If the UT of the chemical was considered to be "zero", then the equation would be:
(750 + 0) / (1 + 1) = 375
If the UT of the chemical was considered "perfect" (i.e., 1000), then the equation would be:
(750 + 1000) / (1 + 1) = 875
But the UT of the chemical is considered "NULL" and it is NOT CONSIDERED in the equation at all (notice the denominator):
(750 + null) / (1 + null) = 750"
He's correct guys.

This may seem a noobish question but is it possible to rotate / reorient a building when planting.
i only ask because last night i found that by right-clicking when planting a medium harvester it switches between North-south to East-west orientation.

On house rotation, if you haven't done it before, sometimes it can be a little hard to figure out where the "front door" is. However, they give you a wireframe of the building, so if you are going out to place a medium Naboo (for example) for the first time, I've found it useful to go to www.swgarchitect.com and look over the floorplans there. Usually there is something distinctive (e.g., hallway, big room, etc) on the picture / floorplan that you can identify in the wireframe while placing, and thereby get your bearings.

Actually, it does NEITHER.
Lets say that we have 1 metal with UT of 750 and we are going to use 1 unit of it. Lets say that we have 1 unit of a chemical with NO UT attribute.

Thats why when you have good steel, metal, and ore you want to use lube oil so you don't "dilute" the mix. If your steel/metal/ore isn't quite up to snuff, you *could* look for a chemical (e.g., polymer) with a HIGH UT to use, but those are rarer and more expensive.
So that's why my nuclear charde tasted aweful and made you sick. I thought I was pretty clever, throwing in some radiation to give the inorganic componant PE.

Max BER 8 for solar stations? So the solar station I bought months ago is as good as it gets since it's BER8, odd why can you increase the wind mill so its as good as a solar? Whats the point with solar stations then?

Right now there is very little point in solars. Sometimes you can find solar in higher concentration than wind, but between the higher construction cost of solars and the fact that they don't pull as much they are not good investments right now. I sell wind generators and fusions on my vendor and haven't made a solar since the patch.

I find there really isn't any use for any kind of power besides fusions. Once you go fusion with radioactive with higher PE, you never go back. One fusion can just power so many other harvesters at a good radioactive location. Absolutely worth saving up for and getting asap.

Very true, Fusion is the way to go when you can afford it. But Joe N00bie can't afford our BER 14 prices
Two BER 9 Wind Generators can run 8 BER 4 Personals, which is the ideal setup for Joe N00bie, until he sells some of those resources and comes back for more. Its the only reason I continue to make Personals and Wind Generators, to give the little guy a way to buy my bigger stuff.
