If you have the option to buy the 18th round painting then you're still in the 18th round.

Servers switch over to the new rounds at slightly different times. They may be up to a couple days apart. I'm not sure how exactly they got out of synch but they are.

I posted this in another thread but here it is again.

I play on Kettemoor. No painting displayed, no option to buy. Only choice I have is to ask when they will look look for another artwork, The reply is more than a week.

Gorath server has never had the Mon Cal Eye #2. I think all the others have been offered at some point except maybe the Boffa Plant (not sure about that one).

Currently the new painting is never displayed so you have no idea what you are purchasing.

I gave up on ever getting the Mon Cal Eye #2 and quit going back to the museum as it just seems pointless now.
