From Karen Starport, walk up the hill toward the bridge to the city proper. At the base of the bridge is a crafting station, the archy trainer is near it.

You go talk to the guy who's been giving you missions. FAQ's a good place to start.
Pilot is gated as well, so just because you have the XP doesn't mean you'll get the new skill. Most of the time you'll need to do a story-based mission from your trainer first.

Hi ive just finsihed my padawan trials and ready to enter the world of the jedi.....but i dont seem to have a trainer waypoint and the /findtrainer command doesnt work. also i get no exp from killing creatures. am i missing something here?

Check your waypoints in the 'view all' thing in your datapad...... sometimes when you use /fmt it doesn't activate the waypoint, jsut creates it.... so if you've been spamming it in frustration you might have 50 waypoints to your trainer.
