Similar situation with us. We had our Master Architect create a brand new Tatooine PA Hall for Lok, and it will not work. All of our other buildings in our Lokian city are Tat style, and we made a perfect slot for our Tat PA Hall (which has completely different dimensions than a Generic PA Hall).


Really hoping the devs fix this.

NEWLY CRAFTED PA HALLS ARE BUGGED.


You can not place a post-patch created planet-specific PA Hall on another planet. Is this going to be fixed? Hot patched? Who knows.

check out the architect forum, this is a known problem with PA halls,, well when i say known problem, i dont really think it is a problem to the devs, think they decided this is how they want it...


from what im told PA halls even post patch ones are only ment for there respective planets, i got a new naboo one and thats only useable on naboo...

Posting in the Architect forum for an Architect question does sound more reasonable than posting in the Politician forum.

It is also a Player Association issue, and although we have a PA Correspondent, there is no PA Forum to post this in.

Only generic PA halls are allowed on the other planets because the Devs forgot to include PA halls when they changed it where Naboo, Tatooine, and Corellian style deeds could be placed on other planets. It is a bug and will be fixed eventually but there is no time given on the issue yet. Don't buy any PA halls other then generic for other planets because when they do fix that bug you would then have to buy a newly made hall for it to work, in other words post hotfix hall.

Well it sounds like wefound the cause of our problem here...


Can we stop with the dev bashing please..


All it does is bring needless threads back up to the top...


In this case it's fine but I can see this thread going on for 2 weeks with no more pertinant information from this point on

Dev bashing? I fail to see any dev bashing in this thread. This is a serious concern to many new cities on Lok, Dantooine, and Rori. Some cities (like ours) have an exact slots for their PA Hall dimensions, and having to go back to a Generic means not being able to place our PA Hall in city limits.


Needless threads? Needless for your own purposes, perhaps. This is a community, remember?


Even if we already have "supposed" relevant information (it is a bug), there has been no dev response to this issue. Do they know it's a bug? Is it really a bug or intended? When is the fix taking place? KeliG, until these questions are answered, I and many others will continue to post and float this thread to the top.

Same problem here... moved to Lok because of player city cap.. had to rebuild all the houses and figured the guild hall would be the same way... WRONG... it's bugged and I wasted tons of resources building another PA hall that I can't use.... hope this gets fixed soon

PA hall new or old.. doesn't work on other planets... I think that was intentional.. (since PA hall counts up lots)


Personally I think a PA hall "shouldn't" count up lots like City hall.. just have x members in it and upkeep it similary..


There been post about some PA leader move away or leave the PA and destroy the hall.. reinviting everyone (especially large group) is a pain.. it was hard for us and we only have 20 members..
