Structres are not consumeable like armor or wepaons that decay over time, therefore there's no long term repeat demands. As time pass the everyone who want a house will have one so the price will only keep going down over time.

what pissed me off is a wepon smith selling say a scout blaster fro 5-7k using not even 1/10 of the resources we used. Near the end of beta where I got Master Arch already everyone who want/can afford a house/factory has got one already selling a house was so much of a hassle that I got rich selling resources instead(60k a day). I was selling Steel at 8c per and ore at 6c per on the bazaar and they always sell within 1 hour of me putting them on bazaar(of course resources price are not yet stablize on these release servers)

I think the criticismof Shen and others that sell at competitive prices is unjustified. For those of you urging that Shen raise his prices to meet your own, I would point out that in the real world, this is called price fixing and will land you in a federal prision. WhatShen is doing just good business. Ifhe isn'tmaking a profit, he will be forced to stop. If he is, Architects that sell at higher prices will be forced to lower their prices or lose business. It's called Capitalism, friends.

I dunno shen, i have about 20 resources from friends, and between the three of us, im making 4-5 houses a day, and im selling them for 15-20k LOL poo on you if you think your outselling me numberwis,e AND im making more money HAHAHA


but seriously, on corellia, on bloodfin, evom is the best quality ore you can get, at 880 overall quality.

i can find a spot i can mine more than 30%. and imstill outselling you and out profiting you. jeeze, i wonder whose better at busines LOL

ps. (the secret to selling higher than everyone else is your hagling skills and convincing people that having a better quality house for that etra 3 or 4 missions is worth it)

Why people are selling this cheap is because of USXP. Get away with that and you will see the different. And Shenmolo, don't be suprise people start selling for one credit per resources on your server soon. I maybe one of them.
