One architect (at least) did manage to get a schem on Infinity, its Golden Petals 3. I was given one yesterday as a pressie from a customer

I've got a relatively new character on Infinity so, ever the optimist, I opened a CSR ticket

first response on the ticket told me that I'd have to wait for the next vote and pick one of the two candidates to get the gift

so, I wrote back and said "no, not the Bestine election for Sean and Victor... the painting schematics in the Bestine Museum"...

then Infinity's "resident CSR" got on the case. she asked me to wait a day or two then try again, so I did. after a couple days of still no painting, I emailed her (as requested -- the ticket had been closed). she investigated further, and found that the quest to select the painting was somehow bugged. the devs have been made aware, but she had no timeline on when it might get fixed. (this strikes me as odd, since it's been mentioned that a painting was available for a brief time, then it disappeared -- if anyone has any information on that, I'd appreciate it if you could forward to me for inclusion in my next message -- in-game name on Infinity is also "fhtagn")

so, I emailed her again, and pointed out that you don't need to do the quest to buy a painting schematic -- just show up at the museum with a pocketful of credits and our buddythe museum curator will be more than happy to let you have as many as you'd like @48k a pop -- no quest participation needed.

still waiting on a reply to that one... I'm thinking, I'll wait til the voting starts for the next round, then "nudge" her again.... wish me luck, k?

Well, since the voting decides WHICH painting we get, it's very possible that, if votes aren't actually recorded even if people vote (due to the npcs being messed up or something), that the game can't offer a painting because all got 0 votes.
But that doesn't explain how some people still get the painting. :/
And of course they never explain how they do it...
