Cheese, for a while there we were getting a lot of duplicate petitions for stuff. It was kind of getting out of hand for a little bit before he posted this. At the same time our feedback/input was being solicited in other forms.

Yeah - it's kinda like now - we have a very active effort to create a new "top five" list, and yet rather than contribute to that thread everyone feels the need to start their own on what THEY believe are the critical items for the profession.

There is a big difference between *suppressing* comments (which you imply) and *focusing* them (which I think was the case).

You will see a lot of small (and not so small) ideas being put forward. There is nothing wrong with that. If you have something you feel is worth suggesting or discussion then just post it up. If it is well supported and valid it stands a chance of making it into the 'focus' threads. But bear in mind, it may have already been touted and possibly put down because of one or more reasons, e.g. not wanted, technically too difficult etc. Be prepared for flames as well as support, your brainchild may not be everybodies idea of how they want the future to look. Well thought out and presented ideas are always welcome, unless this is the 153rd time they are posted. So take some time to look back and see what has been put up in the past.

Like I said, it's all good. I didn't want to come across as angry or condecending. I had actually proposed the "lot increase" issue a few weeks back to the devs, for a different reason. Ressource costs are what are killing us, now that we already have a "pre-determined" price for our stuff. Increasing our lots at master would reduce the costs to produce items, effectively giving us more income.

Once again, I apologize to those who think I'm yelling at them, it's just earlier on in the week, I saw 2-3petitions floating around, mainly related to stuff I had already addressed in previous posts.

Ido read the stuff here, you don't need to start a petition to get my attention

Sorry to burst your bubble guys and even though I support lots for Master Architect but it will never happen if anyone from the beta remembers the whole thing with the combat people complaining about the "eyesores" and because of that before fully implmenting harversters the devs nerfed the lots and brought it down lower then I think it should have (even though it was way too high at that time) so even a 1-2 lot increase for master architect I believe would get the combat people in an uproar again. I would be very very very suprise if we EVER see that.

The real shame of it all is that we have been asking, begging, petitioning, screaming, threating, and good knows what else.

to get color control over furniture from the first week, and we know they can do it... ie armor, speeders, droids.

Archangel,

The development process is slow because they want it to be.

The "monthly publish" is a really bad idea now. If the game was working correctly, once a month would be fine. In it's current state, I'd say a weekly publish would be a PR boon, even if it was only the monthly publish broken in to 4 parts.

Doingit weekly at least makes it look like you're doing something. Instead we get, "Yeah, yeah.. We know... Next publish, I promise..." over and over.
