Hmm, what implications exactly did we incorrectly infer? You misread a statement, went crazy, posted this before reading the responses you already recieved elsewhere, and now attempt to make it look like the general public mistook your post for something it wasnt.

Have you ever thought about building a .... shop?

I think what TheLate meant was that he was afraid that the vendor cap in a shop would be set to 3K, just like in the bazzarr.

The phrasing of that point is not good, and when I first read it, I was afraid of the same thing.

The statement is worded just fine. There are two parts to the statement. The most important part is this:"the max sale price being the same as the bazaar". This isn't a complete sentence, but this clause indicates that the max sale price of vendors is in the process of being (a progressive verb indicating ongoing action) the same as the bazaar. The other part of the sentence is "Fixed". This indicates that the situation described in the all-important clause I indicated above was fixed.
