Armorsmith - Slightly increased the crafting effectiveness ranges on Padded, Composite, and RIS armor segments.

whatdoes RIS stand for?

Anyone have any luck getting close on this? I wonder if its available now, or if its one of those things in the future they will add. Sucks to be spending so much time looking for this quest when I am not even sure its available yet.

I think you have to be a master armorsmith for the certain NPC to even talk to you.

I wasnt even sure wither the quest is even in the game yet

I have looted several Kimo segments.They are possible 2 kill with 2 people and 2 good pets and the giant scales will show up in inventory with yellow script instead of white.Also i have found "Donkuwah" armor segments?What are they going to be for?

Sorry to break the bad news, but you don't have the correct ingredient yet. Well, I don't think so. When a mob drops exceptional loot, the first item has yellow print to distinguish it. For instance, normal kimo scales are like +4%, I have several scales thatare +6% and only the first one of the drop is written in yellow letters.

These scales dropped of a regular dune kimo, btw.

Of course I haven't seen a 'Giant Dune Kimogila' scale yet, but I presume that entire name 'Giant Dune Kimogila' is in it, not just the yellow text.

This is what the armor looks like. I do believe it is going through Test Center at the moment and that this quest can be had by a hermit on Dantooine. Would love to find out its stats since they say that it has a lower encumbrance to Composite.

Awesome tho... Thes will prob start poppin up soon to be like composite

found 3 peko peko albatroses to the north of theed - killed 2 and they had feathers I was incapped 2 times so I didn't want to risk it - but I have the 2 feathers on bria - peko peko are not that rare

Yep, we have to find the hermit on Dantooine. Currently there are several hundred people looking across all servers and this hermit hasn't shown. I think he must have been abducted by the emporer.
