>>>I think decay is an answer to our problems with the following caveats.

How about if a house shows decay by an increase in the maintenance rates over time, so that eventually, the owner will have to replace it? (Make it a slow decay, if implemented. It takes me a long time to raise the money to buy a medium house.)

2. Make having a declared residence a pre-requisite for owning a creature mount or vehicle.

An excellent idea, in my opinion.

After all, you need an address to get a permit, right?

Having housing decay require replacement would just discourage people from buying a house. Besides, it would never get put in. But having decay increase maintainence costs provides a small money sink as well as providing a need for architects' services.

No decay + uber loot = /spit on crafters

Fix the economy and give crafters their $$$ worth... give us real revamp.

Remember... to Cancel you have to go to Register Expansion in the Launchpad.

A poor architec would be considered rich by most other players.

IMHO selling for 3.5-4cr will get you a good living, and you'll get decent sales. My last sale was three heavies for 300k.

Any profession which has a good reason to ask the Devs to add commas to the freaking credit window is not going to get muchsympathy from them.
