Yeah, that is annoying. In general, though, I rename any enhanced schematic before I use it so that I can easily identify what enhancements I need when I setup the factory. Once I'm done, I make sure to destroy the schematic so that it isn't cluttering up my datapad.

It has been this way since they pushed the publish live that nerfed the spawns at geo and removed the group notice of looted items....early November?

You won't lose them if you just add in a bit more of the resources you're short of and then start the factory again. Don't take the schem out, or any of the other resources, just add in a bit more of the ones you're missing. This has happened to me a couple of times, it must be that the factory eats the components and resources one-by-one until it runs out of something, then it stops and waits. This is how come you can stop factories part way througha run, get some stuff out and thenstart it again.
