I disagree that no new players are coming in. I see new players all the time. I'm sure things are pretty much holding steady. I'm sure many of the "new" players are really not new, but old(er) players that decided to try something new on a different server.

Yea, there aren't hundreds of new faces per day but that hardly means the game is dead! Since SOE is adding servers for European's ect. there won't be any huge influxes short of SOE slashing prices drastically or an alien slave ship crashing on earth, releasing millions ofbald headed, spottyskined aliens who are inclined to doing blue collar work and playing Sci-Fi MMORPG's.....

What was I talking about again.......

Oh yea, until Episode III comes out.... Then I betcha there will be a bunch that get the SWG fever again.

I'm a little late to this discussion. For my pricing I don't work that hard, my server has high resource costs, and I price on that basis. If ore is selling for 6 cpu on the bazaar, I won't sell for under 7. It really doesn't matter to me where I make my money, as long as I do. I make what I want, and if it sells - great. If you can find a better price, great.

Again, all you have to do is:

- turn off the harvester
- empty the hopper
- make note of your wall clock time, BER, and concentration percentage
- start the harvester

Some time later (at least an hour, preferably more like a day) do the following:
- stop the harvester
- make note of the wall clock time
- see how much material is actually in the harvester

If you report these numbers then we can all calculate what BER really means.

I think that if you take: BER * ConcentrationPercent * 60 * 24 that you will get the amount of material pumpedup in 24 hours.
