Yep, I read it, but no, I didn't test it like you did.


As a 0444 arch, I was making BER 13 on a regular basis once I had the right resources. Yes, some would only come out as BER 12, but they were because of good or failed experiments normally.


I was a MBE for over a year and have done a lot of crafting. I have found that the assembly % affects the experimentation in how much you will need to get the highest quality item. If you get an amazin assembly, it takes several fewer exp points to get the max mod.


Currently, the resources I've been using have been good enough that if there wasn't a BER 13 cap, I'd get 14's easily. I have 2 exp points left on the eff line of exp when I hit BER 13 on an amazing assembly. A good orgreat requires me to fully experiment out the line or only have one unused exp point in that line.


And yes, I do agree it does affect the experimentation, but not really sure it helps get amazings on experimentation. Since I do everything in research city with bespin port all I get are great or amazings...unless I forget to use the port.
