Fortunately for me, most professional miners aren't stupid - they know that they are getting money machines that never go away. That isn't to say that they don't try to bargin, it's just that they understand what you mean by "payback period of less than 10 days".

Here are my typical prices:

- small house 14K
- medium house 80K (generic 90K)
- large house 200K
- BER10 harvester - 90K
- BER13 harvester - 160K
- BER14 fusion - 150K
