Thats barely over 1 cpu.
I doubt ANY server is so screwed up that the "going rate" for mediums houses is 25-30k.

You might want to ask on the scout forum, or armorsmith forum, or doctor and CM forums. Each profession will have its own needs. I know most armorsmiths will happily pay 20cr/u for good wooly hide. While BEs will pay 50cr/u for fish meat.
It all depends on the item, its quality, the profession buying it, and the economy of the server your on.

The best place for these types of questions is your Server Trade Forum. The folks there will all be familiar with the economy on your server and can give you better advice than people who are playing on different servers. Economies for the various servers can vary widely.
