This is pretty accurate and I've listed the prices I've been selling at below for quite some time. I do pretty well at these prices but with all the folks out there willing to sell below cost, it can make it tough. Don't forget you have to take into account critical failures here folks.

Building # Resources at 3 cr/unit My sale price

Small House: 3,388 units= 10,672 credits 15000
Medium House: 18,350 units = 57,802 credits 100000
Large House: 37,584 units = 118,389 credits 175000
Personal Harvesters: 250 units = 787 credits 2000
Mineral Mining Installation: 3,607 units = 11,362 credits 20000-25000
Heavy Mineral Mining Installation:33,045 units = 104,091 credits 175000
Guild Hall: 58,452 units = 184,123 credits 350000

Im making 40k a day selling personal harvestors on the Bazaar at 900 credits a pop. Most of them sell at 2k-1k,so I sell at 900 credits.

Commies.

My original goal was to be an armorsmith, but considering the absurd prices miners put raw materials up for, I decided to get architect first so I can stockpile, then grind away in armorsmith. Just a few skills in Architect is all I need for those big bad Harvesters.

175,000 credits per heavy harvester. PAH! Im gonna put you all out of business.

Architects prices are not insane, that is what we must charge in order to afford to keep inbusiness, unlike your armor/weapon smiths that do in fact charge insane prices, but they get away with it because people keep buying their items in droves. master weaponsmith with a good scematic, factories and tons of the same metals can make a million a day in pure profit. Who knows, maybe more... I heard of one the WS on my server has over 70 million in the bank and growing. Dont know any architects with more than 1 million. So, in reflection, we architects are in truth getting ripped off big time, even at the prices I suggested above.

To the Architects, My furniture suggested prices may be inaccurate to the current market, but really about the only lvl 1 funriture that sells well is the torches that work, which I hear sells good at 1200 give or take.

Those prices I suggested above will one day see like small peas when there is no longer a market for our indestructable structures and we are all broke.

No offense intended but imho an awful lot of this sounds like whining.

I'll continue to sell for whatever fair market prices I can get..... I'm haven't been selling much of anything other than furniture lately but it's been good to me so far.

Here's my read;

If it should get to the point where I can sell the resources for more than the finished product I will gladly do that..... WHO ELSE IS GOING TO BUY THE RESOURCES other than architects? LOL sooner or later the prices will adjust because they have to consider the price they paid in purchasing the resource.

I'd like to get some more info on those 20K missions in 20 minutes..... lately I've had the misfortune of having to wait an average between 6-9 minutes for a shuttle, bad timing =( lol..... I would feel lucky if I were to complete 2 missions in 30 minutes and that would only bring me a profit of just over 2K. I don't like doing delivery missions unless I'm strapped for credits but maybe I'm doing something wrong so please help with some clues.

You are so out of the loop pal.

Get some combat skills and the good missions open up to you. You really have no idea how much people are making each day on combat missions, it used to be an insane amount and that has really destroyed any economy.

wow, why dont you just sell the resources on the bazaar. And what about all the incident costs associated with making the larger structures. I suppose you have plenty of factory crates of items already made up to make the large items right? You know the identical factory crate wall modules and power sources and storage structures right?

184k for a guild hall what a freaking joke. heavy mines for 104k?? hahahahahaha dont you know that it costs more than the base price in resources to make one of those right? You have to make the schematics to make the identicalitems in the factory. But of course you didnt add in the price of maintaining your factory or the chance of having a factory bug or critical failure.

I really think you should think this out a little better, maybe add some room for PROFIT as well. I mean weaponsmiths and armorsmiths are making money hand over foot for some reason. I dont see how you could continue to be in business at those prices since it obviously doesnt account for resource rollovers and the extra cost associated with moving all your harvesters every week (lets see 4500 credits times lets say 8 deep crust harvesters, if you dont have a house, comes to 36000 credits per week just for moving your harvesters, unless of course you happen upon a spot that miraculously has something you need even then it is probably a low quality spot)
