Try reading the PA board.

And have a majority of people set allegience to the new designated leader. While you may not be able to redeed and move it you can at least do whatever it is you want to do as PA leader. Otherwise I'd say just have someone else drop a PA hall, transfer all the items and loot the maintenance fund.

I run a section of a large guild dedicated to crafting. We would like to drop a PA hall for our personal mall and at the same time avoid those nasty 5% bank transfer fees since we share large sums of money freely to those changing or running into problems (all 16 of us hang out together in RL). We do not want to seperate ourselves from the guild by forming our own. The question is: If we drop a PA hall can we all access the maint treasury if on the admin list, and can we have the admin list on the hall be restricted to our select few only (no guild council members or leaders on treasury list outside our group)

DarkSmyth has it right. The PA Hall "Treasury" is just a shared pool of credits/maintenance for everyone on the structure admin list. It has nothing to do with the actual guild, you can give treasury access to people who aren't even in the guild. If you do this I suggest you get everyone to agree to leave a minimum amount in the treasury for maintaining the Hall.

Hi all,

We are in the process of sorting out our city layout and I was thinking abouthaving a PA Hall. However, our city isneutral, how does this affect PA Halls? Isthere a rule to being either Rebel or Imperial, or can we have a guild that is also neutral?

Many thanks,

Neither cities nor PAs can be officially declared as belonging to a particular faction in any "game mechanics" way.

For example, a Neutral PA City may have a policy where they don't allow knownRebel or Imperial PAs to declare residence there. However, it is all up to the players to decide and enforce. In the game code there is nothing abouta city which is "Neutral" and nothing aboutPAs that are either Rebel or Imperial. You can mix them up as much as you want and the game doesn't care.

There are people who *would* like to see both cities and PAs officially tied to a faction which would impose limitations and grant benefits. Maybe we'll see the beginnings of this in the GCW revamp, but it is hard to say what will happen(if anything) until it is on Test Center.

If you drop a guild hall then make a guild, then sometime later on you want to move the hall. Does the guild get disbanded?

Cheers

Hello everyone.

Is it possible to purchase and use a PA hall structure without joining or creating a PA?

Thanks!

I was searching the Knowledge Base, and ran across an article that said.. if the PA is disbanded by the system, any PA Hall associated with that PA will be destroyed....

Is this still the case? I don't want my house to go POOF!
