As far as the experimentation goes on the bandolier, which is +3, you won't see a difference in your experimentation (difference being at least +1 experimentation point, capping at +2) until you get bonuses in experimentation that are increments of 10. Right now you are at +3, so adding +7 more WS experimentation tapes will get you to +10 WS Experimentation, thereby adding 1 extra point of experimentation.
15.00 Crafting Tools are not going to make a result on the final stats of any weapon crafted with them. You won't see increased damage, lessened speed, etc. using these tools.

Yes, quality of the Armor Padding does make a difference.
For the Reinforced Fiberplast Panels, Synthetic Cloth, Fiberplast Panels, and sub-components for PSG's, the quality does not matter.

As I am near to attaining Master Rebel Pilot, I'd like to know if that Bug where you get the wrong professions(privateer) box happens 100% of the time or is it just some random thing that *might* happen? Or has this been fixed since I heard about it? that would be even better.. Thanks.
