I think if everyone in the guild goes to the guild terminal and votes for a new leader that should sort out your 'Leader' problem.

Isno-one else in the guild able to add maintenance to the building?

With the new building rules for being derepid and if your old leader has money in his account, then you should be ok. Jus chuck a load of maintenance in yourselves.

All this is assuming you still want the guild to exist.

Guess we are screwed because according to the guild terminal there is 40 members. The fact of the matter is that al the guildies listed are no longer online or have switched serves. Out of forty member there is only may be 4 that are still active. Some one would need 51% of the vote or 21 votes. That is impossible. Should I get CSR involved?

A CSR will not be able to help switch leadership or the hall over to anyone else. If you only have 4 members left, there really isn't anything you can do except form a new guild, but even 4 members you won't be able to keep an active guild because it requires 5.

Can u kick members? If so, kick everybody but the active one's and if there are 4 of you left after a week the guild will auto disband allowing you to use the same name and tag up again.

5 Lots, anyone who can afford one can own it. If it's owned by a guildmember it functions as any PA Hall.

As for items, I forget.

Can anyone tell me how many lots a Guild hall takes up and if anyone can place one? Also how many item can you place in it? Thanks
