I have cranked out a few wind generators at BER 9. If you look at how low the % is at the highest contrition of wind (which I remember to be around 40%), a BER 9 isn’t all the bad. As well as the energy potential on wind is less then 500.

I think when it comes to Wind/Solar/Fusion SOE has made up for it by having the Energy Potential mean something. The facts that lower BER currently over what we been able to make in the past maybe related to this. If one take this into consecration the Yield for a Solar and Fusion is in the neighborhood of around BER 8-14 and 19-28, with respect the potential energy of the resource. At least that’s my theory.
