I know what you are talking about with the harvester bug. I found what helps is if youmove away from the location to where you can't see it, then return to it, it will usually appear. I don't think this will help with your house problem though

Ok the house is still there, but everything inside of it disappered. A CSR answered my ticket, but after two days of going back at forth and it actually looked like they were going to do something it now has turned into sorry nothing we can do. So I think I'll just be answering them with my wallet and taking my money elsewhere. Its too bad, I really enjoy playing this game but what's to say another month down the line all of my stuff disappering again.

it's a game, dude! none of that stuff really existed in the first place. it's for fun. did you have fun building the character? you said you did in the post, right? (i don't remember, =/) don't worry about it. just keep playing. it's all for fun, and if you get screwed, be a good sport. if there's nothing they can (or will do, as the case may be) then understand that they can't trust everybody, and life goes on.

that's my point of view, it lets me lead a happy-go-lucky life. life sucks, but don't dwell on it, live in the future, not the past. "what do i do now?" chances that this is gonna happen again? almost nothing. people play the lottery on worse odds all the time (why? i will never know. ^_^)

anyway, thought i'd add a little encouragement. if you're on my server, i'll give you a house, if it will make you feel better. (i know you have a house already, but i'm an architect, so houses is what i got =/)
