Okay I just picked this up on the player city forum and am utterly shocked and amazed. Another player is claiming that any player can jam 15000 items in any house. Here is how he says you do it.

You get a crafting station go near it pull a crafting tool, and then precede to dump resources into the crafting station up to 100 apparantly. This in turn is not counting to your houses total item limit. In other words its like storeing 100 items in 1 item and its counting as one.

Is this for real, or is something bugged. If its for real I may just have to go out and buy myself 10 or 12 extra crafting stations. Just asking the guys I think would no. I have never really bothered useing the input hopper or output hoppers on crafting stations. Since I am either cranking it out in factory or makeing it by hand.

Could you guys confirm or deny this as actually being the case?

I dont think thats real, not long ago someone said their items in the input hopper of a craftign station didnt count on house total, so I loged in a nd tried it and mine did.. that being said, there is some sort of bug that can randomly cause this, had it happen on several of my houses, not sure if it was the input hopper or just a generic house bug.

Items stored in your crafting station should count against your house limit but this is currently broken again. So be carefull storing items since they may go poof when/if they fix the problem, again.

I tested it out because I heard the same thing. What I found was it counts when trying to put in the items, but not once it's in. By this, I mean if you try to drop in a pack with 20 items, but your house onlt has room for 3 items, it won't work. but if you put a pack into your station, and then put items into it one at a time, you'll get all 20 into it, and still have room for 3 items.

I'm fairly sure this is a bug though, and wouldn't advocate doing it. Especially if they fix it and you lose some very valuable stuff in it.

The items in a crafting stations are supposed to count towards your house limit.

If it isn't working right then thats a bug. If you take advantage of it then you're exploiting and might loose all your stuff without notice.

Thanks guys it seemed off to me aswell. I thought they fixed things like this three weeks after launch when people were just useing backpacks to get around the limits. Personally I do not need that ample of space, and was thinking more along the lines of storeing loots there rather then my good crafting resources.

I salute the guys who make cities, and the guys who are the crafters that are generally the most shafted by the system.
