Bear in mind that an OMU made with good resources will add 2kgh to the extraction rate just from the inital combine. Mine currently come out to 29% on initial combine, which puts them at second step of increase. Meaning the heavies would come to 9...before any experimentation. As you have to run them in a factory, anyone with Construction4 would get these to 51%+ before making the schem, making them 10 rate on final....same as I can make at Master. Those without the experimentation points to get them to 51% are stuck making 9kgh heavies. Meaning those that have used the skill points in that line can actually make something significantly better than those that haven't. Might even be able to get to 51% at Const3 with some lucky amazings.
As the worst heavy made post patch should be no less than 9, the 7-8kgh mediums dont really need to be priced above a heavy...though I am not opposed to that idea either...whatever the market will bear.
