Correlian style houses can only be built on Correlia (and one or two other planets, but I'm not sure which), just as Naboo houses can only be built on Nabbo, Rori, and Dantooine.

Generic Planet houses can be build anywhere.

Why do people pay to play a MMORPG but not want to interact with other people?
Why, SOELA, why? Did the entire management join a cult, and at the same time perform home lobotomies?

THe maintenance, lots, etc is the same for any house of a given size. So all small style houses take the same maintenance, # lots and hold the same amount.

The Corellian and Generics look the same and have the same floorplans.

The only difference is what planet you can put them on and the generic styles takea bit more resources to make.

I believe Generics also take 1 or 2 more walls (and consequently cost slightly higher) than planet-specific structures.

Some of the generics take more materials than the Corellians with similar style and size. These are the small style 2 (both floorplans)and the medium, both styles. The small generics take two more structure modules, and the medium generics take 1 more wall module.
