Thread: What are Resoanble Medium and large House prices?
Small: 15k ; Medium 65-80k depending on my mood; Large 150k; pa halls 320k
I don't care if i sell them or not personally - I mass produce harvestors and furniture and sell as many as I can make (med minerals 40k, med moistures 35k, heavy moistures 70k, med chem/gas/flora 60k, heavy mineral 165k, heavy gas/flora/chem 155k) People like that my vendor stay stocked and my prices are by no means unreasonable compared to what resources go for. I sold 300k of nice resources I mined just to supplment my income the other day at 5-8 cpu so I make more not even making it into anything.
If someone asks me I just tell them I don't sell houses - if they ask a second time I figure maybe they won't complain about pricing so I tell them - sold a few pa's, couple large houses and some random small and meds I stick on my vendor now and again for variety. Houses don't require quality like BER 10's and 13's - and since I factory produce harvs that's all I sell for those. I buy resources at 2.5-3cpu so why sell at anything less than 4cpu when there's the risk of failure and making schematics is like having a failure.
