Sounds like a decent idea to me. I am getting so angry with the housing market currently. I have lots of people asking me how much I will sell them a small house for. When I tell them 20k they laugh at me. I see people in town selling them for 10k constantly. Makes me ill.

I still have yet to sell a single house, and most likely will not.
