Found a clothing attachment on the server Naritus Wound Healing 3 and Weapon Experimentation 5, any ideas what it's worth?

Probably over 20 million... That' s what one sold for buyout on an auction on Wanderhome a couple weeks ago.

Be warned, multiple skill tapes only give one bonus, you may not get the +5 exper you paid for.

I'm gonna try really hard not to say price check in this post. How useful would a clothing attachment with +18 cover be? And is this worth much?

The skill "take cover" isn't even worth using. You can literally go through the entire life of being a rifleman and never use cover once.
+18 is very nice for any SEA, it's just too bad it's for a useless skill mod.
