I have a furniture vendor which I am just starting up again after 4 months of not having one. It takes a lot of work to keep a successful furniture vendor stocked.
I also have:
a Paintings vendor
a Deed/Structure vendor
a Lighting Vendor (this allows me to keep all those darn candles and lamps separate from the rest of my furniture)
a Vehicle vendor
and a Power-Up vendor
Power-ups, Vehicles, Lights and Furniture sell well for me. I dont make a lot of money off of any one sale, but I sell a steady stream from each vendor.
The painting and sturcures vendors are bigger ticket items and sell infrequently though the sales can bring in from 10k-250k or higher.

I've just started my Architecturing, and I've got a vendor to put stuff on. Problem is, I've no idea what to put on it :/ So I made some furnature - chairs, beds, the divan, a few types of lamps - but as of yet, nothing has sold
What do you guys find sells the most? Or sells at all?
I've gone the lazy route, i have my vendors stock with 5 of each furniture, 5 crates of 5 of each lighting and plants, houses i keep 5 of each small, 2 of each medium and 1 of each large, harvesters and factories i stock 5 of each, all other stuff i stock 2 of each.
The problem with architect is most of the stuff we make does not need replacing so many of our customers are one off buyers who we never see again unless they redecorate, there will be long periods without sales, but usually when there are sales they come in and buy a large chunk of your inventory.
