My current theory is the CSR's get bored with "I lost this" or "So and So said this" messages, so they hit the crit fail button on people just to screw with them. I tend to not crit fail late at night when no CSR are working but I do have problems late in the day when they would be getting bored out of their minds. Personally this seemsless possablethan the chicken thing, but a hell of a lot more likely than 'random' generation or tool/resource quality. Lets face it, this is not random. Random would be, well random, not a whole bunchat oncethen none at all. Some times it is indeed random and works like it should. Other times someone's got to be screwing with you.

I may have the winner in terms of resources lost in a 20 minute time frame. A customer orders a large naboo house while I'm working on a large chem harv and a food factory for a friend. I critted the food fac and got a little pissy so I switched to the large naboo thinking no way will I crit the house now.

Wrong.

Twice.

If I had crit failed the chem harv after that I would've quit the game i think. Yea so thats 2 large naboo houses and a factory within 15 minutes. When it was all said and done my stock of walls was almost totally depleted. I had 2 left total. Top that lol

One crit fail on an assembly and I stop crafting untill the next day and a server reset...

Its just as you all are experiencing.. sometimes crit after crit.. sometimes days with zero fails.

I learned that one crit is like a magnet for many more so like I said I just stop for rest of day.
