The other components are easier to find. Check the Loot and Item forum for better threads. I can't recall where all the recycler schematics are from though.
The Blue wire drops from Binyare Hooligans only. Pretty easy actually, 2 of them spawn about every couple minutes at the entrance to the Binyare stronghold on Talus.
Chemical Recycler schematics are from Aakuan on Talus
Creature Recycler schematics are from Alkhara Bandits on Tatooine
Ore Recycler schematics are from Kobola on Rori
Metal Recycler schematics are from Canyon Corsairs on Lok
Flora Recycler schematics are from Bloodrazors on Lok
IMO the spinner blades are the most difficult components to get. The hidden daggers only come from missions taken from mission terminals within player cities on Corellia. very time consuming even if you do the 200 meter drive off to respawn the NPC's. Not totally sure but I think I have noticed that the spinner blades actually only drop from hidden dagger activists that are at least 80th level also.
