The stats on hides shift from week to week just like other resources, so its random.

If you are hunting wooly hides for armoursmiths, be worried about OQ and SR, not just OQ. I wont touch wooly unless it has 900+ average between the two. The impact, on the chest in particular, is just too significant to ignore.
