I just made master arch last night.

Took me three and a half weeks of 1-2 hours a day doing nothing more than restocking my vendors.

I did get a lil excited that I was so close that I grinded out the last 40k xp practising structural storage modules, but i think that would have only delayed me a day without it.

Other than that short session last night, I did not grind at all. I just kept my vendors well stocked with what was selling and worried more about the buisness aspect rather than the grind. Was more fun than grinding too..I don't see how any of you could do that for hours on end lol.

Three months, but with almost no grinding. I could have had it much, much sooner if I'd been willing to grind, but I didn't see the point. Also, you don't need any ore to master Architect (except enough to build your own harvesters). Just grind on crafting stations and you can get there in a few days.

IIRC, it took me about3-4 weeks. 60-70 harvesters of fire will do the trick. That, sadly coupled with nothing better to do.

If you were to take the grinding route, what would you say you need? As in numbers of resources.

If this has already been posted elsewhere, please point me in that direction.

Thanks so much!

I just recently got Master Architect and did it grinding walls, I'm just wondering what everyone else did to get master? I'm asking because a few people I play the game with feel I took to long. They also don't realize that without tons and tons and tons of ore and steel it is impossible to master.

I just got it last week and started probably the 3rd week of playing.

I did it in a week and a half, just under infact.....one of the easiest grinds in the game

total time working to get master.... 2 days total. thats 48 hours. (well actually it was 46 but im rounding up.)

Could i master faster? yes, i could get it done in about 4-5 hours with enough resources.

But what i did is considered powergaming and i knew what to make from mastering architect in beta.

The game isnt hard if you know the short cuts. (read Powergaming)

Now... the time it took to get the resources? a week.

I would also add that ...ORE was not what i used to grind. So that was not my limiting factor. I used more aluminum that i did ore.
