Could you please put a "clicky" or a note on how to check which painting is available. I have heard of how to do it, but don't remember.

Go to the building labeled 'Museum' on the overhead map in Bestine. After you enter, turn left, then around the corner in a nook the painting will be on the wall and this is next to the door going into the curator's office from who you buy the painting. IF the wall there is blank then your server is bugged.
