I warped back at least 60 mins a week ago as well. I lost the experience needed to gain a Combat Medic skill box, along with some supplies, but nothing major (in comparison to lots or harvs). I was pissed at the time, but now that I think about it, it certainly could have been a lot worse.

I submitted a bug and a CRS ticket 3 days ago, and still no response.

I've never had to submit a ticket before, how long do they usually take to at least look at it?

I put in a bug and ticket(i think) 2 weeks ago when i lost one of my lots. No response and no fixes yet. I forget the exact details...I cant remember if i warped in time or i was just taking lots down too fast for the server....at one time i got my email message that i had -1 lots left......*shrug*

in my opinion there should be some central management interface for harvesters, factories and houses. Just so that you can keep tabs on them...something like their position, what they are pulling, the res %, maint and power left...etc.....more than just a waypoint to the location....

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I had a similar circumstance with four lots. Submitted a CSR ticket. After 48hrs with no answers, I started Emailing [email protected] every 4hrs. 24hrs later I finally got my issue resolved.

You have to pressure them, I dont care how people say 'be patient' etc, etc. 48hrs is plenty of patience IMO. Specially when it took 10mins for the CSR to fix my problem, once they finally got around to doing it.

I was missing a lot since day 3 of release and just got it back last month. Lots and lots of tickets submitted.

They kept expiring or something so would have to resubmitt over and over.

Took a whole 17 seconds of chat for CSR to finally click back my 1 lot. Of course that only sounds good if you dont mention the 3month wait right?

send an ticket to csr that you lost wp to your structure that been placed, but they can only respond to lots on you accounts. not on server swaps. then you musg get an hold of that player..

beside if you had them on your account, you will recive an message with wp when maint runs out.
